The New York Mets’ deal with Steve Cohen fell through placing them back into the system like a rescue pet. Now the Mets sit in their cage pepping up every time a potential buyer comes through.
However, they may not have to wait very long because A-Rod and J-Lo aka AJ-LoRod, are feeling like they need to expand their family and buy some lost puppies.

A-Rod wouldn’t be the first Yankee to own a team in the NL East. Not too long ago his buddy Derek Jeter took over the Miami Marlins. Turning them into a powerhouse? A-Rod fancy’s himself a strong business man so this has definitely been in the cards for him for a while. I just hope he buys the Mets and puts his face on all the jerseys and rebrands them as the Kermit frogs (because that’s what he sounds like) also I can’t wait to see J-Lo performing between every 7th and 8th inning. Maybe I’m dreaming too big.
